Our Green Wall Services

Since 2010, Nature Lab’s founder, Oliver Wehbe, has led the research and development of an advanced hydroponic Green Wall technology designed to thrive even in very hot climates. A patent for this innovation has been registered in Lebanon in 2011 and published in the USA in 2015. This unique system combines open root growth space, efficient open drainage, and a specialized irrigation network equipped with multiple sensors, ensuring optimal plant health and sustainability.

Green Wall Installation

After the Green Wall design and plant selection are approved by the client, Nature Lab's team prepares all the necessary materials to install the main structure and the hydroponic external skin where the plants will grow. A Green Wall has no size limits; it can cover an entire building façade or be adapted to a small indoor wall.

Green Wall Maintenance

Like any green space, a Green Wall is a vertical garden that requires regular maintenance. For high-rise Green Walls (above 6 meters), special equipment such as scaffolding, mobile cranes, or cradles is necessary to ensure safe and efficient access for maintenance.

World Record Green Wall

Nature Lab holds the world record for the largest tree trunk caliber ever grown on a hydroponic green wall system. Planted as a young Ficus microcarpa in 2010 in Tabarja, Lebanon, this exceptional tree has reached a trunk caliber of approximately 40–45 cm by 2025 and continues to grow steadily.
